Job purpose: To ensure that flight operations processes are compliant with published policy and procedures.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Measures effectiveness of Flight Operations processes and procedures in ensuring compliant line operations standards
  •  Monitor SOP standards and operational threats
  •  Measure effectiveness of training output
  •  Measure effectiveness of airline operational communications (crew knowledge)
  • Key performance indicators

  •   Internal and external oversight and quality control processes.
  •  Reduction in Operational non-compliance events
  • Skills, know-how and experience [max 8]:

    Must have:

  • Qualified pilot with Type rating on A330/320 or B767/757 aircraft
  • Excellent knowledge of company processes and procedures
  • Good administrative and communication skills.
  • Preferred:

  •   Knowledge of aviation operations and regulatory requirements (including SAFA/SACA processes).
  • Technical / professional qualifications:

  • ATPL
