Role Summary:

  • An apprentice contract which allows you to complete a 13 month Level 3 Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship
  • A guaranteed full time position once you’ve passed probation
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Training salary (increasing in the second year), company benefits and holiday discounts
  • Ongoing training to improve your maths and English skills where required


Role Requirements:

  • You’ll be least 16 years old, or due to turn 16 before the 31st August this year
  • You’ll be committed to successfully completing the Level 3 Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship within 13 months, which includes actively participating in training workshops and completing work towards your qualification in the agreed timescales whilst working within the business
  • You’ll have the right to live and work in the UK and to have lived in the UK (or a country within the EEA) for at least the last three years
  • You won’t have started or completed any other IT apprenticeship before
  • You’ll have achieved or be predicted to achieve GCSE grade D or above (or equivalent) in English and maths – we’ll need to see evidence of this during the recruitment process.

  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work and adapt to pressurised situations
  • Basic understanding of IT systems
