For Controlling Continental Europe we are seeking for a

 

Senior Controller (m/f)

full-time, based in Oberursel (close to Frankfurt am Main)

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head of Segment Controlling Continental Europe in coordinating, preparing, consolidating and analysing  Financial and KPIs related reporting on segment level for all Continental markets (Tour Operators/Retail in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Russia, Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic) in line with group requirements
  • Further development of reporting standards and regular reports as well as answering segment related (ad hoc) questions from TC Group  
  • Supporting the departments/markets in preparing forecast, budget and month-end closing
  • Analysis of risk and opportunities with regard to the full year forecast
  • Preparation of management presentations
  • Continuous improvement of operations focused on enhanced quality, insight for users and improved efficiency
  • Supporting finance related projects


Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have:

  • Bachelor/Master in Business (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years relevant Controlling experience
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as the ability to think complex and process-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills
  • Self-confidence, diplomatic skills and professional appearance
  • Proactive ‘can do’ attitude with a result-orientated way of working
  • Strong technical controlling skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Confident use of MS Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Willingness to travel to locations within Europe
  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge of TM1, SAP
  • International experience
