Connected Consultant

Job Purpose…


To ensure exceptional service is delivered to customers in destination. Connected Consultants will provide efficient and thorough administration support to the resort operation, ensuring all team members are able to provide a great holiday experience to our customers

  • Bring to life, our company promises and values and ensures that they put the  “Customer at the Heart” in everything that they do.
  • Enhance the Customer Journey by responding to customers queries via various communication methods including email and telephone to ensure that we are the first choice for their next holiday.
  • Work under pressure to ensure that all customer calls are answered and resolved within set timescales.
  • Actively manages paperwork and completes all required tasks in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with our agent, our head office departments and third party suppliers in-resort, including hoteliers.
  • Wear the customer flip flops and ensure that they resolve customer concerns and queries raised in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Whilst making sure all is logged and followed up using the system provided.
