Job Purpose… 


To work in and be an integral part of a diverse team, delivering sessions and activities for children, throughout the day moving into the evening. Ensure exceptional service, delivery, and commitment to the role in an overseas environment. Ensure all activities for children are fun, engaging and safe. Providing an environment for the children in order for them to create and make memories on their holiday. 




Childcare Qualification -  Level 3 (or equivalent)       


What are we looking for?

  • Bring to life, our company promises and values and ensures that they put the  “Customer at the Heart” in everything that they do. 

  • Enhance the Customer Journey whilst in destination, in one of our many Lollo & Bernie Kids Club ensuring that we are the first choice for their next holiday. 

  • Work as a team to create and organise a varied programme for children ages 3-11. 

  • Be creative and positive in attitude to ensure that the sessions and events are fun and create a welcoming environment for the children. 

  • Enhance the children’s experience by promoting and selling events within the hotel. 

  • Build strong relationships and rapport with our third party suppliers in-resort. 

  • Wear the customer flip flops and ensure that they resolve customer concerns and queries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Whilst making sure all is logged and followed up using the system provided.
