We’ll give you between £350 and £1250 towards your holiday every year, depending on how long you’ve been with us. And after you’ve spent your allowance, you’ll get 15% off any further trips you take with us. Then there are our special last minute deals, exclusive to our employees, which mean you can pick up a holiday for as little as £99 for self-catering  or £199 all inclusive. At Thomas Cook, you can travel the world for less.

Other highlights include a contributory pension, where we’ll match your contribution up to 9% of your base salary We also offer a flexible benefits scheme, ‘My Choice’ which gives you a range of options from buying or selling holiday (buy up to 10 or sell up to 5), to purchasing retail or childcare vouchers.

In addition to these and other standard benefits, there are a range of other role-specific rewards. In some positions, you may also get Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, bonus, and a car allowance.  There is also the group-wide recognition scheme, ‘From the Heart’ to reward our people for their great contribution.
