Our Transformation

The programme to transform Thomas Cook and reinvent travel for the digital age is hugely ambitious, we’ve already achieved a huge amount. We’ve launched our ‘high-tech, high-touch’ sustainable growth strategy, that will see us being there for our customers wherever and whenever they need us – and we’ve started to deliver the innovative online tools that will turn this strategy into a reality. We’ve restructured our four airlines to create the 11th largest in Europe. We’ve simplified our brands, unifying them all under our new ‘Sunny Heart’ logo. And we’ve driven forward the refurbishment of hundreds of stores across the UK – as well as the rollout of our Concept stores, which are packed with all the latest touchscreen technology.

And this is just the beginning.  We’re also transforming our airline, refurbishing our fleet and purchasing a number of the new Airbus A321 planes.
