We’re working on a project to turn Social Media from a PR or communication channel into a genuine business channel. So that if a customer tweeted us regarding a query about holidays in Florida, we would be able to respond in real time with relevant links to our products.
We’re also exploring options to develop partnerships with other businesses, to offer our customers real time offers whilst they’re holidaying abroad with us.
