As Head Representative, you’ll make sure our customers have the time of their lives. Leading a team of our Reps, you’ll use your intelligence and know-how to ensure everything runs smoothly – and that everyone’s holiday is the best it can possibly be. It’s a role that will see you looking after everything from paperwork to people. You’ll oversee airport transfers, welcome meetings, excursions, entertainment activities and more. Leading by example, you’ll ensure your team knows where they need to be – and what they need to do – at any given time. You’ll also be on-hand to troubleshoot any issues that arise. The challenges will be many and varied. Whether you’re organising workloads, delivering training or supporting the Service Team Manager, you’ll be extremely busy. That’s why we’re looking for confident and capable people with relevant experience. Equipped with good travel industry knowledge, you’ll be someone who’s worked in a resort already at supervisory level. A real people person, you’ll also be highly organised and motivated. Now, you’ll be ready and eager to make that first step up into management.
