When customers come to one of our destinations, we want them to leave with just one impression: that they’ve had a fantastic holiday. As Service Team Manager, it will be down to you to make that happen. You’ll be the one that provides effective leadership to our teams on the ground. Reporting to the Destination or Resort Manager, you’ll play a pivotal part in the success of the entire operation. It’s a high-profile role. You’ll be a visible presence on the resort, overseeing the day-to-day performance of the team and ensuring they consistently reach our high standards. But at the same time, you’ll also carry out essential back-office tasks – like coordinating workloads and carrying out performance reviews. Whether you’re overseeing airport transfers, dealing with one of our suppliers or troubleshooting an operational issue, you’ll turn your hand to a variety of challenges. But whatever the task, your goal will always be the same: to ensure that we’re consistently delivering for our customers. Confident and credible, you’ll have performed a similar role in an overseas resort already. You’ll know how to plan workloads and how to manage the various tasks involved in running a resort. But above all, you’ll know how to motivate and truly inspire those around you.
